SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping time does not include fulfillment time in the estimate, this is the time it physically takes to fulfill the orders. This ranges between 2-5 business days (mon-fri) on top of the estimated shipping quote.
Please also remember: Shipping time is an estimate and is not a guarantee.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AT CHECKOUT
USPS First Class Insured: 2-5 business days after being shipped out (5-10 business days after the order is placed due to fulfillment time). This package is Insured for up to $200. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier a claim can be filed after 60 days from the package being shipped.
USPS Priority mail: 1-3 business days after being shipped out (3-5 business days after the order is placed). This package is Insured for up to $100.
International USPS First Class: This method will use USPS International First Class Insured. Shipping estimate varies by Destination approximately 20-30 business days after the order is shipped. This package is Insured for up to $250. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier a claim can be filed after 60 days from the package being shipped. We are not responsible for any customs cost recipient may receive.
International USPS Free Shipping on Orders Over $200: This method will use USPS International First Class Insured. Shipping estimate varies by Destination approximately 20-30 business days after the order is shipped. This package is Insured for up to $250. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier a claim can be filed after 60 days from the package being shipped. We are not responsible for any customs cost recipient may receive.
International USPS Priority Mail Shipping: Varies by Destination (7-15 business days after the order is placed). This package is Insured up to $100. This package is Insured for up to $250. If the package is lost, stolen or damaged by the shipping carrier a claim can be filed after 60 days from the package being shipped. We are not responsible for any customs cost recipient may receive.
MISSING PACKAGES
We can not be held responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered per its tracking number. If the tracking number attached to a package has been updated to the "Delivered" status on USPS's website, the package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout by USPS.
If the customer finds the package has not been delivered as stated by the tracking number, it is the customers responsibility to reach out to their LOCAL post office to locate the package or contact USPS customer support.
We will not issue refunds in this case.
If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, please contact USPS and file a claim if you purchased a shipping method that is insured.
*For international packages we are not responsible for longer shipping times if customs holds the items. If customs has stopped the items it will show the order as in transit but will not update till they release the package, the package is not lost. If a package states that it is lost you will have to filing a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for any customs cost recipient may receive.
INVALID ADDRESS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER:
IF AN ORDER IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED EXCLUDING THE SHIPPING PRICE.
PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO PUT YOUR APARTMENT OR UNIT NUMBER, THIS WILL LEAD TO THE ORDER SHIPPED BACK TO US.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. COST IS AT A SET PRICE OF $250 USD IN THE CASE OF UNSEEN EVENTS. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return all new, unworn items within 5 days of delivery for a refund on the item/items. Items must not be worn or damaged. We have the right to deny all returns if the item is damaged or stained due to try on. Customer must pay for returns. A refund will not be issued for shipping cost.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 business days of when we received your returned package however, in most cases you will receive a refund sooner than 14 days. This is the time period in which we check your items and the time it takes us to process your return. Please note that sometimes a refund is issued to your card and the processing time this takes varies between bank to bank.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please Sign In to your account, go to Order, the item you would like to return or exchange and request a return or exchange.
When our team approves the return or exchange you will receive instructions on how to ship the item/items back to us.
